TCPA & Messaging Policy
Your consent to be contacted is optional, specific and revocable. This page explains exactly what you are agreeing to and how to stop it.

Consent is optional
Consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Penny Shield, LLC is never required to purchase any goods or services, to receive a quote, or to speak with a licensed agent. You can reach us at any time by email at [email protected] without agreeing to anything.
The consent checkbox on our forms is never pre-selected, is never bundled with any other agreement, and is separate from acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. You may submit our lead form without checking it.
What you authorize when you opt in
If you check the consent box, you authorize Penny Shield, LLC and the licensed insurance agents working on its behalf to contact you at the mobile number you provided, including by:
- Recurring automated marketing and informational text (SMS/MMS) messages
- Telephone calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system
- Calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice
- Calls and messages sent to a number that may be on a state or federal Do Not Call registry
Program details
- Program name: Penny Shield Medicare Updates
- Program sponsor: Penny Shield, LLC
- Message types: Medicare plan information, enrollment period reminders, appointment confirmations, document requests and follow-ups about the request you submitted
- Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary, and reminders increase during the Annual Enrollment Period each fall.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular and most regional carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.
How to opt out
You may withdraw your consent at any time, by any reasonable means, at no cost.
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. We will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number.
You can also email [email protected] and ask to be removed. Requests are processed promptly and no later than ten business days after receipt.
If you ask us to stop calling you, we will add your number to our internal Do Not Call list and keep it there for at least five years.

Your responsibilities
- Provide a mobile number that belongs to you, or one you are authorized to provide consent for
- Tell us promptly if your number changes or is reassigned, so we do not message someone else
- Understand that your consent applies to the specific number you entered on the form
- Understand that consent given by you cannot be given on your behalf by a third party
Consent records
When consent is captured, we maintain a record of it. A complete record includes the exact consent language displayed to you, the date and time in ISO 8601 format, the page URL where consent was given, the IP address the submission came from, and the browser user agent.
We retain these records for at least five years and will provide a copy to you on request at [email protected].
Privacy of mobile data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in our Privacy Policy.
